What you need to hand
The photos, the price, the size, the bedrooms and bathrooms, and what the price includes. With that it takes five minutes.
At least eight photos
Listings with eight photos or more get many more views. Take them in daylight, with the lights on and nobody in the shot. Start with the best one.
Always add the price
A listing without a price gets a fraction of the enquiries. «Price on request» makes people scroll past.
Say what is included
Water, electricity, internet, maintenance, furniture. It is the first thing people will ask; if you say it, you save yourself twenty messages.
Be honest about access
If a 4x4 is needed in the rainy season, say so. Better to lose a viewing than to lose an afternoon.
Video if you can
A one-minute walkthrough filmed on your phone multiplies enquiries and filters out the merely curious.
Your listing lasts 60 days
Listings expire after 60 days. A week before, we write to you so you can confirm it is still available; if you have already rented or sold it, close it and you will stop getting messages.
