Does it cost anything to post?
If you are a private owner, no. It is free and it will stay free. Agencies and developers pay a monthly subscription if they want a full catalogue and featured listings.
Do you charge a commission?
No. Not on rentals and not on sales. We never touch the money of the deal.
How long until my listing goes live?
Straight away. If you ask for verification with a National Registry document, the badge appears once we have checked it.
Why can't I see the advertiser's phone number?
It is shown after the first contact, so the advertiser knows who is writing and to stop people harvesting phone numbers in bulk.
Can I search in English?
Yes. The EN button in the header switches the whole site, including listing titles and descriptions.
Which currency are prices in?
You can see them in dollars or in the local currency from the header. The original price is the one the advertiser entered.
What if I have already rented the place?
Go to «My listings» and pause or close it, so it no longer appears in results.
How long does a listing last?
Listings expire after 60 days, so Selvatika does not fill up with homes that are already rented or sold. A week before, we send you an email: with one tap you confirm it is still available and it lasts 60 more days, without logging in. If you do not confirm, it is paused and you can reactivate it whenever you like from «My listings», where you can also see when it expires and renew it.
